Pushed `bd86d735` addressing Luigi's [P1] on the recursive-local-schema regression: the visited set now keys on the effective resolution base (inherited `$id`s folded in) rather than the raw `inheritedIds` list, so a schema that references itself under its own `$id` terminates, while a document reached under a genuinely different base is still re-checked. Both `OpenApiExternalReferences` copies are updated and each module gains a termination test and a different-base rejection test (zero HTTP requests).
