URL: https://github.com/apache/camel-kafka-connector/issues/1865

   ## Description

   Four Kamelet-based connectors fail when the Apicurio Registry deserializer
is configured. Their Kamelets bring the Apicurio Registry serdes through the
Quarkus extensions (`io.quarkus:quarkus-apicurio-registry-*`, Apicurio 2.6.x).
The connectors are:

   - `camel-kafka-apicurio-registry-not-secured-source-kafka-connector`
   - `camel-kafka-batch-apicurio-registry-source-kafka-connector`
   - `camel-kafka-batch-apicurio-registry-not-secured-source-kafka-connector`
   - `camel-kafka-not-secured-apicurio-registry-source-kafka-connector`

   The error, with Apicurio's own typo, is:

   ```
   No available ApicurioHttClientProvider provider found
   ```

   The 2.6.x serdes look up an HTTP client provider through the
`ServiceLoader`. The packages only contain `apicurio-common-rest-client-vertx`,
which is wired through Quarkus CDI rather than a service file (the 4.22.0
package of `camel-kafka-not-secured-apicurio-registry-source-kafka-connector`,
for example, has no other `apicurio-common-rest-client-*` jar).
`apicurio-common-rest-client-jdk` is the only client that registers a provider,
and it is not in the packages. The Apicurio converters bundled with core fail
the same way in these four packages.

   This was found while checking the Apicurio dependencies for #1850. It was
reproduced by loading each package (built from `main`, which has the same
dependencies as 4.22.0) through Kafka 4.2.1's `PluginClassLoader` and
configuring the deserializer against an unreachable registry. The failure
happens before any network call.

   ## Expected Behavior

   The deserializer is configured and contacts the registry.

   ## Possible fix

   - Add `io.apicurio:apicurio-common-rest-client-jdk` (at the version of
`apicurio-common-rest-client-common` the package already has) for these four
connectors in
`connectors/camel-kafka-connector-kamelet-fix-dependencies.properties`, then
check a round trip against a registry.
   - Or ask apache/camel-kamelets to declare the plain Apicurio serdes instead
of the Quarkus extensions, which also bring a large Quarkus runtime into these
packages.
