Adds the camel-whatsapp webhook upgrade notes for the maintenance releases to the upgrade guides on main, which hold the upgrade history of all release lines. The backports added no upgrade guide note on their branches; the notes live on main only. - `camel-4x-upgrade-guide-4_22.adoc`, section "Upgrading from 4.22.2 to 4.22.3": "camel-whatsapp - webhook events are verified by default". - `camel-4x-upgrade-guide-4_18.adoc`, section "Upgrading from 4.18.5 to 4.18.6": the same note, which also says that `webhookSecret` came in 4.18.3. The notes say that in webhook mode the `X-Hub-Signature-256` signature of every event is now verified with `webhookSecret`, that a webhook route without `webhookSecret` fails to start unless the new `webhookVerification` option is `false`, that an event without a valid signature gets HTTP 403, and that an event that reaches the route gets an empty HTTP 200 reply. This PR goes with the backports #29275 (`camel-4.22.x`) and #29276 (`camel-4.18.x`), both merged, of #29260 (main, its note is in `camel-4x-upgrade-guide-4_24.adoc`). Merge it after them.
