Thanks, that makes sense — the operator shouldn't delete types it doesn't create. I've reworked the branch accordingly: resolution is purely scheme-based now, with no fallback for the unregistered types, so Broker, Channel, InMemoryChannel and the serving Route are out of the deletable set. I also removed the delete verb for those four from the Knative operator role — both the namespaced role and the cluster role, plus the generated Helm templates — splitting the bundled rules so services, triggers and subscriptions keep delete while the four keep their other verbs. The role coverage test now pins their absence from the deletable set, so they can't come back silently. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
