Streaming reads now forward request conditions with a range or on their own, with SDK-options regressions for both paths and header precedence. Preserved the unrestricted path and compatibility overloads. Kept this PR main-only with `port/skip`, rebased it, and moved the new test block and migration note to separate insertion points.
