org.apache.cassandra.hadoop.ColumnFamilyInputFormat doesn't provide any support
for authentication.
When Cassandra.Client gets created in getRangeMap and getSubSplits I think
there should be a call to client.login. User credentials Map can be passed thru
the configuration.
