Updated the configuration name to "cassandra.output.delete.source". I suppose
keeping the helper methods to set the config on CqlBulkOutputFormat is the
indication that this is applicable to this OutputFormat. If this functionality
is generalized in the future, the helper methods should probably be moved to
CqlConfigHelper.
