[~pkolaczk] The reason why I named it as such (and put the helper methods on
CqlBulkOutputFormat) is that it is applicable only with CqlBulkOutputFormat.
So, I wanted it to be reflective of that and make it absolutely unambiguous to
the user that it wasn't a more general option for other Cassandra-related
OutputFormats. If you're thinking that this configuration could in the future
be broadened to be used more generally outside of CqlBulkOutputFormat, then I
definitely have no issue changing the name.
