Looks like this is for 2.0.10+ and not in 2.1+.
I think CASSANDRA-6596 was committed with wrong 1024*1024*8 to 2.0 branch and
merged up to 2.1 fixing that to 1024*1024/8 only in 2.1(trunk back then).
