Tyler Hobbs updated CASSANDRA-7816:
-----------------------------------
      Component/s: (was: Documentation & website)
                   API
         Priority: Minor (was: Trivial)
    Fix Version/s: 2.1.4
                   2.0.13
       Issue Type: Bug (was: Improvement)
Summary: Duplicate DOWN/UP Events Pushed with Native Protocol (was:
Updated the "4.2.6. EVENT" section in the binary protocol specification)

I went ahead and committed the patch to update the native protocol specs as
72c6ed288, since there was no debate there.

I've updated the ticket title and fields to reflect the current issue of
duplicate notifications.
