bq. Since the dtest depends on having CURRENT_VERSION set to VERSION_4, go
ahead and update CURRENT_VERSION in your branch.
During the code review of CASSANDRA-7807, I noticed Robert had to change
{{CQLTester}} to use the highest {{ProtocolVersion}} available rather than
{{Server.CURRENT_VERSION}}. Is it that perhaps we should have increased
{{ProtocolVersion}} too?
