It's "common" to need to turn on the JVM GC logging but rather annoying to type
/ paste it all. It would be much nicer to just have the most common lines
commented out in cassandra-env.sh to they could be commented/uncommented as
needed - especially when trying to explain to someone over the phone what to
enable.
