Thanks for the second half of the review, I've pushed a commit addressing these
comments. I hope to finish the dtests and the reorganization of utests in the
next couple of days.
[~philipthompson] - What should be the strategy for testing 2.0? Shall we move
the existing _cql_tests.py_ to _deprecated_cql_tests.py_ and somehow mark it so
that it runs only for <= 2.0, whilst the new dtests will run only for >= 2.1?
