Since the base and view replicas are paired 1:1 then you only need to rebuild a 
single replica on corruption of the base or the view.  Yes, this would need a 
local truncate of the view on the one node you plan to rebuild.  Also we should 
expose the base -> view replica pairs so operators know which ones need to be 
rebuilt.
