bq. you need to have the Java Cryptography Extension (JCE) Unlimited Strength
Jurisdiction Policy Files 8 installed. It's a jar that can be downloaded from
Oracle
Is this a requirement to run C*? Will you get a runtime exception if you don't
have it and don't want to use any encryption?
