To support coverage reporting across multiple machines we need to add a build
task for jacoco's merge feature. This will allow tests to be run in fragmented
ways (such as in parallel) and later combined into a single cohesive coverage
report.
Additionally, jacoco can be updated from 0.7.1 to 0.7.5.
