CASSANDRA-10616 and CASSANDRA-10651 introduced some helpful changes to the
trunk build file which make it easier to run unit tests across multiple
machines, and to optionally create combined jacoco coverage reporting of the
same.
These build tasks would be useful in future testing of 2.2, 3.0, and 3.1. (2.1
has been omitted because we have no jacoco support there presently).
