It's relatively easy to reproduce this problem locally on Windows. Assuming
it's the same issue as on Jenkins (the failure is) one Cassandra node spins at
100% of the CPU and the test fails due to connection timeouts, I presume
towards this node.
Running the 3 Cassandra nodes at TRACE level reveals only two of them receive
prepared INSERT statements so I also suspect something not quite optimal with
the driver TAR.
