After reverting to batching by replica rather than just by partition key, see
discussion on CASSANDRA-9303, the problem becomes very hard to reproduce, about
twice out of approximately 50 times. Both failures were on 2.2 HEAD and never
on TRUNK despite running about half of the tests on TRUNK.
I'm attaching some log files.
