Now that you mention it, I do recall that. After thinking about this for a bit
(rather than just assigning and running...): my .02 is that we should avoid the
bottomless rabbit-hole of trying to either give people environmental
information they can get through other (more mature) vectors or trying to
prevent them from shooting themselves in the foot (re: other procs on box).
There are plenty of robust tools to handle the above; I'd rather users go to
specialized tools rather than settling for a cobbled together version from us.
