Hi [~jkoett],
I've rebased the code, fixed the errors (sorry for the compiler ones), applied
your indication and moved {{prettyPrintRateInSeconds}} to {{FBUtilities}} . I
created a new branch
(https://github.com/radicalbit/cassandra/tree/9692-trunk-rev1) and uploaded a
new patch. I hope that now is CI ready.
