behavior intended for checking CASSANDRA-10052?
I've added my comments directly to the pull request: although in theory it
should still test the original patch, I would prefer to continue using
{{localhost}} in {{cassandra.yaml}} since that is the default value that we
ship in the yaml file. I think we just need to pass the {{rpc_address}} that we
want to {{node.set_configuration_options()}} before importing the config.
Otherwise +1.
