Internally, SASI already supports {{NOT LIKE}} but the CQL3 layer and grammar
need to be extended to support it. The same rules that apply to {{LIKE}} for
{{PREFIX}} and {{CONTAINS}} modes would apply to {{NOT LIKE}}.
