Also, for PREPARE messages, in my scheme you'd have a 1-byte primary flags byte
only. So you save 3 bytes vs. the new int approach. I presume that you'd like
the PREPARE message flags field to have the same size as the flags field in
QUERY and BATCH messages. Please correct that misconception if I'm wrong.
