It looks like the docs aren't quite the same across versions. We're on
different versions of the CQL spec:
* 3.0 is up to CQL 3.4.0
* 3.11.2 has CQL 3.4.4
* trunk has CQL 3.4.5
There are some major changes between these versions, so I don't think it's
possible to simply backport the 3.11.2 docs to 3.0.
