Yes, I'll commit them as a part of a different issue; sorry for the noise. I
should've branched them out.

I left it mostly for debugging purposes. Sometimes when you just want to
println it, it might come handy.

Good point! I'll make a change accordingly.
Regarding test failures, they're now tackled in [CASSANDRA-15014]. I've
separated commits.
I've also modified the 3.0, 3.11 and trunk patches a bit to make sure that
distributed queries are covered. Previous patch was calling {{executeInternal}}
under the hood, which is not the right execution path.
