Thanks, [~jasobrown]. I have made the following changs -
# Added comments to {{Configuration}}
# Switched to {{scheduleWithFixedDelay}}
# Updated the naming of fields & constants
# The Guice module now installs the routes instead of the start method.
Regarding other comments,
# Running {{gradle distTar}} creates the distribution with the start script
and jars bundled in.
# I had to check in jolokia as I couldn't find a great way to get it included
in the distro using gradle. I think [~vinaykumarcse] has a way of doing it and
can send it part of the follow on PR.
