CASSANDRA-15793 is resolved. So we shouldn't get the Transient Replication
related warnings. We should also update this dtest to test with both LCS and
STCS to ensure we cover both strategies going forward.
FTR from the logs it seems that the SSTables are streamed to Node 2 but are
immediately deleted.
