I ran successfully the whole class 500 times (as the fixed repair function is
used by all test methods), log attached
Cassandra-wise the issue was already fixed in CASSANDRA-15650. The issue was in
this test the StorageService#repair function is directly called so the
additional polling from the RepairRunner was not happening for this test.
