[~yukim] Doc still contains a
[{{make.bat}}|https://github.com/yukim/cassandra/blob/remove-window-scripts/doc/make.bat]
file, referenced by its
[{{README.md}}|https://github.com/yukim/cassandra/blame/remove-window-scripts/doc/README.md#L31],
I don't know if we want to keep the support for building the doc on Windows.
Also, it seems there are some references to {{.bat}} and {{.ps1}} files in
{{build.xml}}.
