It may be returning a prompt after the timeout, I didn't experience this
firsthand.
In any case, the cli should not care about UNREACHABLE nodes, and it should
NEVER show them, because this confuses people (especially since removetoken
leaves things in a cosmetically bad state without CASSANDRA-2496)
