I've updated the [audit

to discuss the existing tests around logged and unlogged batches. This
includes {{TestBatch}} on the Python dtest side, and then {{BatchTest}},
{{BatchlogEndpointFilterTest}}, and {{BatchlogManagerTest}} on the [CQL/unit
test|https://docs.google.com/document/d/1yPbquhAALIkkTRMmyOv5cceD5N5sPFMB1O4iOd3O7FM/edit?disco=AAAALPFyDDc]
side.
