Thanks for the extra info. I just spotted a log message I missed about not
being able to find sstableloader. When the CCM version is supplied as git:<sha>
the {{config["cassandra"]["sstableloader_bin"]}} is set incorrectly and it
cannot find it. I'll keep trying.
