Hi [~ifesdjeen] [~marcuse]. It seems this has been ready to commit for a while.
In the meantime some new directories have been added to
{{org.apache.cassandra.distributed.test}} and some new tests have been added.
Also, there are a bunch of new tests seemingly very close to be committed as
part of the {{40_Quality_Test}} epic. Do we still want to commit this in its
current state (after rebasing), or perhaps we want to wait for the completion
of the tests in {{40_Quality_Test}} epic, when we have a more complete view?
