The issue with the cqlsh DTests turned out to be with [this

fixture.
One thing is that there is a comment that the fixture is needed for only one
of the tests but for some still unknown to me reason running the tests with
--setup-plan shows that it is applied also to the rest of the tests. I believe
this property change does not affect the other tests but I felt I should
mention it that the fixture does not really do what it was supposed to do.
There are still some failing cqlsh tests but they don't seem to be related to
this patch and if we decide to fix them, that should be done in follow up
tickets.
