PoC looks good to me. Put some small comments/concerns in. And yes to moving
the classes to test/ (are all those tasks used after `build-test`?)
I wouldn't object if all the test stuff in build.xml was separated out to
{{.build/build-test.xml}}, but that's entirely up to you.
