The test fails 86 times in [these 200
runs|https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/adelapena/cassandra/1324/workflows/9f5e00a5-0064-4414-8925-762e0b8caf6c/jobs/13063],
always with the same timeout while shutting down the cluster at the end of the
test.
Apparently shutting down the new instance before shutting down the initial
instances makes this less prone to fail, but it still fails occasionally.
