While working on CASSANDRA-14752, I ran into the following issues with 3.0 and
3.11. 4.0 and trunk don't have a lot of failing tests at the moment so it is
not obvious to me whether there is something similar there:

Immediate issues I see:
* udf upgrade tests, all of them running when only some of them should run
depending on versions; they are all skipped in Jenkins
* I can see tests for upgrades 4.0 to trunk running with 3.0 and 3.11?
