Yeah, this is somewhat odd. using `generate.sh` to multiplex it it doesn't look 
like it's showing up; may have something to do with timing and other tests 
parallelizing and sharing state and stomping each other.

 

I assume generate.sh is going to keep provisioning at the effectively "LOWRES" 
footprint on hardware alloc right?
