Some things in the native protocol v5 are undocumented:
* Integers in the outer framing format are little endian
* There is no mention of the parameters used to tweak the CRC24 algorithm
* No mention of the fact that if the uncompressed payload length in Section
2.2 is 0, then the "compressed payload" should not be decompressed
