Hey [~jmckenzie], I was about to ping you for advice on that one whether it is
worth a ticket as you've been working in that area a lot.
I can't reproduce it locally and in CircleCI (only tried the low resources
though, I will bump also one run with medium) -

One thing is certain, the CircleCI config change cannot trigger this failure.
