Don't know much about the GroupCommitLogTest and haven't dug into the details
around the transient failure you saw here. My general rule of thumb is "if it
looks like it was an environmental flake (i.e. CI infra is being bad), ignore.
If it looks like it's a _test_ flake, create a ticket and work it."
