I have a branch
[here|https://github.com/driftx/cassandra-builds/tree/CASSANDRA-17766] which is
enough to see that our current rpm packages won't build on centos7 due to the
'or' usage as described in CASSANDRA-17765. Centos7 doesn't have ant >= 1.10
so is immediately blocked by CASSANDRA-17428, so that is manually installed in
the docker image.
