Branch is updated with commits to cassandra-artifacts.sh and prepare-release.sh
that use the noboolean directory from CASSANDRA-17765 to build another set of
rpms. This requires moving all packages to a 'packages' subdir with further
subdirs for each type, rather than tossing them all directly into the 'build'
directory in the artifacts script. It will be easier to test
prepare_release.sh when CASSANDRA-17765 is in the official repo.
