While you're looking at this stuff, I noticed Accord cannot properly handle
wrap-around ranges as it has no way today of expressing an inclusive lower AND
upper bound. I have [introduced infinite
bounds|https://github.com/apache/cassandra-accord/pull/7/files#diff-0ce41a6a6f98980e8a0f549d028f9d5bd496a9001efaf444faf655cd61a9acb8R17]
in one of my latest PRs that fix this, but this might affect C* integration
(it may also not be detectable, given it only affects a single token)
