After a quick update of jacoco to 0.8.7 and Byteman to 4.0.19 all mentioned
tests pass with jdk 11,
ant codecoverage -Duse.jdk11=true, current trunk.
So [~mck] I have questions:
* target now should be trunk for this only?
* If yes, my suggestion is to try to enable it also with Java 17 and start the
reporting on trunk in Jenkins when the time comes to switch Jenkins for trunk
from J8&J11 to J11&J17.
If we want to target also 4.0 and 4.1 then dependency updates should solve the
issues with jdk 11.
