I'm not understanding whats missing for create role:
cassandra@cqlsh> create role foo with ACCESS TO
ALL DATACENTERS
Since this Jira was created 18 months ago about missing unit tests, and
committing the unit tests would be useful and simple (no code changes), I'm
cautious about expanding it to resolving missing completions (requiring code
changes).
