Note that CASSANDRA-3010 makes moving drivers out-of-"tree" even sillier: as
things stand, we'll need to grab cassandra from the maven repo to build jdbc,
then back in tree we'll need to grab jdbc from the maven repo to build the cql
shell.
I'm all for purity but at this point I'm ready to just put things back the way
they were* so we can spend time before the 1.0 freeze building things instead
of wrestling with maven.
