[~benedict] - is there any research the Paxos V2 optimizations are associated 
with that we could take inspiration on for naming and benefit from "adjacent 
branding"? We've just been referring to it as "Paxos V2" which doesn't really 
contextualize things for users or pave the way for the particularly curious to 
dig around and see what we're up to.

As opposed to searching for "Cassandra Accord" which gives the CEP-15 work at 
the top. "Accord Consensus" our cwiki is result 8; I suppose there's work to be 
done there. :)
