Ok, _I think_ all 5 branches are ready for large dtests and burn tests. At
least in UI they look fine to me.
Changing the highres for those large tests gave me a bit of hard time. Having
all tests everywhere now makes merge commits hard. :(
Hopefully people add from now on all new suites to trunk on time.
I will review the code again in the morning and push for testing and finish the
cqlshlib.
